I'm an avid collector of all kinds of stuff: plastic cowboys, googly eyes, tiny fake flowers, vintage picture frames -- the list goes on. I modify this endless stream of stuff to blend seamlessly together forming a new narrative. American culture contains its own symbols and emblems, likewise, found objects contain their own stories, and when combined, work to either complement, conflate or otherwise distort each assemblage into a myth or legend of my own creation.
